Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Zoe was born in Passaic (New Jersey) on 19th June 1978. Her parents, Aridio and Asalia have both been Puerto Ricans. Her parents raised their daughter within Queens, New York. After she turned 10 years old, young, she and her family relocated to the Dominican Republic, where they lived for the next seven years.
